Joel’s extensive background spans real estate sales, mortgage banking, and executive financial leadership. Prior to entering brokerage leadership, he served as CFO of a Seattle-based mortgage company and spent years as a loan originator with both state and federally regulated institutions. His deep understanding of financing gives his clients a competitive edge in complex transactions.

Rick Delahaie is a seasoned real estate professional with over 20 years of experience and more than $500 million in closed sales across commercial finance, brokerage, and residential construction. His career spans the full lifecycle of real estate—from deal structuring and land acquisition to vertical buildout and disposition.


Starting in real estate finance, Rick developed a strong foundation in capital markets and underwriting before transitioning into commercial brokerage, where he advised investors on high-value acquisitions and strategic growth. Today, he leads his own development and construction firms, delivering a range of product types including luxury custom homes, multi-unit townhome and condo projects, and builder-ready infill solutions throughout Florida.
